Master thesis projects on the following topics are available:

• Zoom ADCs for Audio Applications (TUD)
• On-Chip Frequency References (Infineon)
• High-Linearity Instrumentation Amplifiers (ADI, Munich)
• Stress-Insensitive Precision Voltage References (ADI, Munich)
• High-Resolution Wide-Bandwidth Sigma-Delta ADCs (NXP)
• Energy-Efficient Temperature Sensors (ADI/TUD)
• Intrinsically Accurate Temperature Sensors (ADI/TUD)

Assignment

In 12 months, you will learn how to

• Design CMOS analog and mixed-signal systems
• Perform circuit simulations with Spectre
• Layout your design and then re-simulate the extracted layout
• Tape-out your design and measure the resulting chip
• How to present your work effectively (and maybe publish a paper)

In most cases, a stipend will be provided.
All projects are 60ECTS (extra project + thesis project).
Unless specifically indicated, all projects can be done in Delft.
