Education
The laboratory conducts a programme of courses and practical training in data-acquisition,
transduction techniques, and measurement and instrumentation. We participate in the development
of new courses applying problem based learning methods.
Electronic Instrumentation participates in the Microelectronics Masters programme
and in the Inter-faculty Biomedical Engineering Masters programme.

MSc tracks in which the EI group participates
MSc Microelectronics
The scope of Microelectronics includes the design, fabrication and testing of devices, circuits and systems, using integrated (silicon) micro-fabrication technologies. The MSc track on Microelectronics is part of the MSc in Electrical Engineering. About 30-35 students enter the two-year program annually, about half of them are international students. Students are eligible for a range of full and partial , as well as other forms of financial assistance.
MSc Biomedical Engineering
Biology and medical theory, as well as electrical, physics, material and mechanical engineering
MSc Biomedical Devices
Specialisation for MSc ME and MSc SS in the direction of biomedical technology
